Amretra Dynamics is the public studio identity through which Chitraagni and related software systems are designed, presented, and operated at amretra.com.
These Terms of Service govern your access to the Amretra Dynamics website and any related products, previews, tools, waitlists, software services, research surfaces, or communications made available through the studio.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using the website or any service made available through Amretra Dynamics, you agree to these Terms and any additional product-specific policies or notices referenced on the relevant surface. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You may use the services only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding arrangement under applicable law. If you use a service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
3. Accounts, access, and credentials
Some services may require an account, invited access, waitlist approval, an authentication step, or issued credentials.
- You must provide accurate information when a service requests it.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account or credentials.
- You must keep passwords, API keys, and access links confidential.
- You must notify us promptly at contact@amretra.com if you believe access has been lost, shared, or compromised.
4. Service availability and changes
Amretra Dynamics presents Chitraagni, along with related previews, build tracks, and experimental systems. Services may evolve quickly.
- Features may be added, modified, paused, or withdrawn.
- Availability may vary by product, access tier, approval status, geography, or operational capacity.
- We may update interfaces, workflows, pricing structure, limits, or technical requirements where reasonably necessary for service delivery, security, or product improvement.
We will generally try to avoid abrupt changes to paid access, but some updates may need to take effect immediately for legal, safety, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.
5. Paid services, subscriptions, and billing
Some services may be free, invite-only, limited access, subscription-based, usage-based, or provided under a custom commercial arrangement.
- Fees, billing frequency, and access scope will be described on the relevant product or checkout surface.
- You must pay applicable charges when due.
- Where taxes or statutory charges apply, they may be shown separately where required.
- If payment fails, access may be limited, paused, or cancelled until the account is brought current.
Where a third-party payment processor is used, payment handling may also be subject to that provider's terms and operational rules.
6. Use restrictions
You must not misuse the website or any service made available through the studio. In particular, you must not:
- use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or rights-violating purposes;
- interfere with or disrupt infrastructure, security, rate limits, or availability;
- attempt to probe, bypass, disable, or exploit technical protections;
- share credentials contrary to the access model of the product;
- scrape, replicate, mirror, or resell service components beyond permitted use; or
- use generated outputs or service capabilities to harass, impersonate, defraud, or cause harm.

7. Your materials and submitted content
You retain ownership of materials, prompts, inputs, files, data, and other content that you submit, upload, or send through a service.
By using the service, you give Amretra Dynamics a limited right to host, process, store, transmit, and use those materials as reasonably necessary to operate the service, provide requested outputs, maintain security, investigate misuse, comply with law, and improve service performance in a limited operational sense.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights needed to submit the materials you provide.
8. Outputs and AI-assisted systems
Some services made available through Amretra Dynamics, including Chitraagni and related studio tooling, may involve AI-assisted or model-assisted output.
- Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, or unsuitable for your context.
- You must review outputs before production use or reliance.
- You remain responsible for legal, commercial, technical, and design review of what you choose to implement or publish.

9. Intellectual property
The website, studio branding, service design, software, systems, interface logic, workflows, text, visual structure, and related proprietary materials remain owned by Amretra Dynamics, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if:
- you breach these Terms or related policies;
- payment remains overdue;
- your use creates legal, security, operational, or reputational risk;
- a product is discontinued or no longer made available; or
- we are required to do so by law or competent authority.
You may stop using the services at any time. Where a subscription applies, cancellation rules are described in the Cancellation Policy.
11. Disclaimers
Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis, subject to applicable law. We aim to operate carefully and improve continuously, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free outputs, universal compatibility, or suitability for every workflow or use case.
12. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited as described in the Limitation of Liability notice. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer or other mandatory law.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law and mandatory statutory rights, courts located in Telangana, India will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the services.
