This Acceptable Use Policy applies to the website and to any service, preview, product surface, account, API, output flow, or research environment made available through the studio.
1. Lawful and respectful use
You may use the services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate the rights, safety, privacy, or legitimate interests of others.
You must not use the services to facilitate or assist:
- fraud, impersonation, deception, phishing, or social engineering;
- harassment, stalking, threats, abuse, or non-consensual contact;
- unlawful surveillance or unlawful data collection;
- rights infringement, including privacy, confidentiality, publicity, or intellectual property violations; or
- any activity prohibited by applicable law.
2. Infrastructure and access abuse
You must not:
- interfere with service availability, rate limits, or normal technical operation;
- probe, scan, test, or exploit security weaknesses without express written permission;
- bypass authentication, permissions, access controls, or technical restrictions;
- use bots, scripts, or automated traffic in a way that causes abuse, overload, or unauthorised extraction;
- share, resell, lend, or pool credentials contrary to the service model; or
- attempt to obtain access to accounts, systems, or data that are not intended for you.
3. Scraping, replication, and reverse engineering
You must not scrape, mirror, copy, or systematically extract service content, outputs, interface structure, or proprietary materials beyond what the relevant service expressly allows.
You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive protected source logic, models, workflows, or system behaviour, except to the limited extent that non-waivable law expressly permits such activity.
4. Misuse of outputs
Where a service generates text, interfaces, code, recommendations, or other outputs, you must not use those outputs to support:
- fraud, misinformation, or deceptive impersonation;
- harassment, coercion, or abuse;
- unlawful profiling or discrimination;
- infringement of another person's rights; or
- any high-risk or sensitive use without appropriate human review and responsibility.
5. Enforcement
If we reasonably believe this Policy has been breached, we may limit, suspend, investigate, or terminate access, remove or refuse content, and take any other appropriate operational or legal step available to us.
