This Cancellation Policy explains how recurring access or subscription-based services may be cancelled.
1. Cancelling a subscription
If a service includes recurring billing, you may cancel at any time.
Cancellation may be available:
- through the account or billing area of the product, where such controls are provided; or
- by contacting us at contact@amretra.com.
2. Effect of cancellation
Cancellation stops future renewal charges for the relevant subscription.
Unless a product page, order form, or written commercial arrangement states otherwise:
- your cancellation takes effect for the next renewal cycle; and
- your existing access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
3. No automatic prorated refund
Cancellation does not automatically create a prorated refund for the unused part of the current billing period, unless:
- a different rule was clearly stated at the point of purchase;
- a refund is separately approved under the Refund Policy; or
- applicable law requires otherwise.
4. Limited-access, waitlist, or manual-approval services
Some services may involve manual onboarding, limited release, waitlist handling, or non-standard commercial arrangements. In those cases, cancellation timing and access consequences may depend on the product structure or specific service terms communicated to you.

If you request cancellation by email, please include the relevant product or service name and the email address used for billing or access so the request can be identified accurately.
