Amretra Dynamics is the legal and public identity through which systems are presented and operated at amretra.com.
This Service Delivery Policy explains how access to studio services is ordinarily fulfilled.
1. Digital delivery only
The studio provides digital products, software access, digital workflows, and electronically delivered services. No physical goods are shipped through this website unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. How delivery may occur
Depending on the product, delivery may occur through one or more of the following:
- email confirmation or onboarding communication;
- account creation or dashboard activation;
- issued credentials, access links, API keys, or workspace invitations;
- waitlist response or manual approval notice;
- activation of a subscription or service plan; or
- direct delivery of digital outputs or service materials through the relevant interface.
3. When delivery takes place
Where a service is immediately available, access is usually provided electronically after successful payment or successful account setup.
Where a service is limited access, reviewed manually, onboarded in batches, or provided through a research or invite flow, delivery may take longer and may depend on approval, scheduling, capacity, or product readiness.
4. Limited-access and research-stage services
Some systems presented through the studio may be waitlist-based, approval-based, research-stage, private build tracks, or released in controlled phases. In those cases:
- payment does not necessarily imply instant activation unless that is expressly stated;
- delivery may depend on onboarding acceptance, operational readiness, or product capacity; and
- the service may be made available in stages rather than as a fully open public release.
5. Delivery prerequisites
Timely delivery may depend on you providing accurate contact details, payment completion, required onboarding information, and any technical details reasonably requested for setup.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses, inaccessible inboxes, incomplete onboarding details, payment failure, or user-side technical restrictions outside our control.
6. If you do not receive access
If you believe a paid service has not been delivered within a reasonable period for the product involved, contact contact@amretra.com with the product name and purchase details so the matter can be reviewed.
