Amretra Dynamics is the legal and public identity through which these services are presented and operated at amretra.com.
This Refund Policy applies to digital products, subscriptions, access rights, and software-related services made available through the studio.
1. General refund position
Because the studio primarily provides digital services, software access, onboarding, and electronically delivered work, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, delivery has started, or service capacity has been allocated to your request.
This applies in particular where:
- an account, workspace, dashboard, or credentials have already been issued;
- digital access has already been enabled;
- onboarding or implementation work has started;
- a subscription period has commenced; or
- a custom service has already been materially scheduled or performed.
2. Situations that may be considered for refund review
A refund request may be considered on a case-by-case basis where there is a clear and material issue, such as:
- a verified technical malfunction that prevents meaningful access to the purchased service;
- non-delivery of the purchased digital service after successful payment;
- duplicate billing;
- a material failure in delivering the core paid service as described at the point of purchase; or
- another issue that we reasonably determine warrants adjustment.
3. Situations that are generally not refundable
Refunds are generally not available for:
- change of mind after purchase;
- partial use followed by a preference change;
- dissatisfaction based on subjective preference where the service was delivered as described;
- misuse, policy violations, suspension for cause, or access restriction due to breach; or
- outcomes that depend on your own review, implementation choices, technical environment, or third-party dependencies.
4. Review process
Refund requests are reviewed in context and are not automatic. We may ask for reasonable details needed to verify the purchase, technical issue, delivery failure, or duplicate charge.
Where a refund is approved, it will ordinarily be returned through the original payment method, subject to the processing timelines of the payment provider.
